Michael (Mike) Davis has proudly called the Eugene/Springfield area home for over 60 years. A graduate of Springfield High School, Mike went on to earn his Bachelor’s degree from Bushnell University (formerly Northwest Christian University). He’s an avid Oregon Ducks fan and, when they’re not playing each other, happily cheers for the Oregon State Beavers as well.
Before transitioning into real estate, Mike built a successful career in sales and even co-founded a food company alongside the grandson of Marie Callender. After several years, the company was disbanded, and Mike was fortunate to be mentored by a close friend who trained him as a real estate appraiser and guided him into the industry that would become his long-term profession.
Today, Mike is both a licensed real estate appraiser and real estate broker, bringing nearly 30 years of experience to his clients. He began his career in the late 1990s in fee appraisal, later serving as a Lane County property appraiser in Assessment & Taxation. He currently works as a Right of Way Appraiser for Lane County Public Works Engineering & Construction Services, giving him extensive knowledge of property valuation, land use, public projects, and government processes.
With plans to fully retire from public service at the end of 2026, Mike is excited to dedicate his full energy to helping buyers and sellers navigate their real estate journeys. His background in appraisal, taxation, negotiations, and public service provides clients with a unique advantage — combining technical expertise with integrity, local knowledge, and decades of hands-on experience.
